During our Annapurna circuit trek we wanted to see if you could hike to Dhaulagiri Icefall in one day. We got to a great view point of the icefall when the weather turned and clouds started to roll in. We were probably only 30 minutes from our end point on the moraine bank above the glacier. However, safety came first and we pulled the pin. • Larjung (2400m) to Dhaulagiri Icefall view point (3765m). 21km, 9 hours.
