Surströmming or Fermented Baltic Herring as it's called in English, is a Swedish delicacy. Although I'm a Swede myself, I have never actually tried it....until now. Spoiler alert, it actually tastes good. I would maybe not call Surströmming a delicacy, but I would for sure eat it again.
