Further analysis using this model in a circuit simulator leads to unique insights into the fundamentals of Class F operation, including a new approach to analyzing and understanding the large signal waveforms using the Trigonometric Fourier Series. Finally, a practical circuit topology is shown to illustrate some of the design challenges involved with implementing this type of circuit at higher frequencies.
