https://torchmate.com/seminars • The Challenge: • How can Lincoln Electric provide industry-leading technical training and support for Torchmate CNC plasma cutting equipment during the COVID19 pandemic and beyond? • The Solution: • Training and support can now be provided to customers virtually using multiple cameras and a direct feed from the tables VMD software to give the client a personalized and interactive training experience via Zoom. The customer can be at their Torchmate table anywhere in the world, learning one-on-one with our trainers. Using only their laptop camera, they can show the trainer the exact problems and issues. • The training classes are kept to a small 4-6 customer group to allow individual attention from our trainers. If the client needs more personal training, they can purchase additional one-on-one time in 2-hour blocks. • Virtual training provides additional opportunities for our customers to receive training and limits costs for both Lincoln Electric and our customers as travel is no longer required.
