Here is a simple method to make your own saline solution for your nebulizer. We are using a saline solution you can make at home to dilute 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide down to 0.1% for safe and effective nebulization. • I personally use this concentration and nebulize almost daily to counteract the insults from exposure to pollution and to maintain strong healthy airways due to my own history of childhood asthma. I listen to my body constantly and will nip any upper respiratory symptom (nasal congestion, sore throat, etc.) in the bud with intensified nutritional protocol plus a nebulizer treatment. • Hydrogen peroxide has been used for several years for many reasons and it is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-septic. It is commonly used in nebulizers to keep airways open. Nebulizing is an inexpensive way to support respiratory health and boost lung capacity • Timestamps: • 1:03 - Proportions to use for salt and distilled water • 2:31 - Adding the 3% hydrogen peroxide with your saline solution - proportions • This is Part 1 of 2 of my Nebulizer series! • • Part 2: How to use a nebulizer is here: • • How To Use A Nebulizer At Home • TIPS: • You will be inhaling the mist from this solution, so I recommend “food-grade” hydrogen peroxide because it does not contain stabilizers (additives). • Fine-grain pink salt is easiest to dissolve however, I used medium-grain since I use Himalayan Pink salt in several ways for skin, hair, and internal nutrition: See my blog- How to Use Himalayan Pink Salt: https://www.nakedtruthbydrmelanie.com... • Below is a list of ingredients with links to specific products I use.
