How to replace the Bafang BBS controller? • For BBS01/BBS02, remove the plastic gear cover(5 or 7 screws), then remove the controller(3 screws) and replace. Please make sure the motor phase wires match the colors, green wire to green wire, blue wire to blue wire, yellow wire to yellow wire; when you close the motor, please make sure the wires are not being squeezed by the edge of the motor casing.
