Feel your breath filling your abdomen, gently expanding your sides, back and front like you are blowing up a beach ball or balloon. Feel the breath swirling around your internal organs. The breath finds its way into the space between your stomach and the base of your lungs. You feel an instant sensation as the breath connects and fills that area. This is your core, your true essence. Feel your core expanding now, joining up into your heart. As your core connects with this heart space, a massive orb of energy is created, enveloping your entire body, your auric layers, and out as far as you choose to project it. • Sit in this love-filled globe and absorb its energy! When you feel ready, invite Archangel Jeremiel to join you on this globe. He appears in front of you, sharing in your heart light. Repeat out loud this intention: Hi Jeremiel! I’m honored to meet you! I want to get to know you better. I’d love to learn about your gifts, and how you communicate with me. I’m ready to receive your guidance. Please open my heart fully and show me the miracle of forgiveness in my life, in a tangible, verifiable way now. I’m so grateful you have made it so!
