Chorba or shorba is a kinds of soup or stew found in national cuisines across the Balkans, North Africa, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and the Indian subcontinent. • Varieties in spelling: • Bosnian and Serbian: čorba • Bulgarian: чорба • Kyrgyz: shorpo • Algerian: chorba • Afghan: shorwa • Romanian: ciorbă • For the stock: • 3lb lamb loin chops(or lamb shoulder) • Spices: 2 bay leaves, 1 chili pepper, ½ tsp coriander seeds,½ tsp assorted peppercorns,2 tsp salt. • I uses 8.5 qt stock pot and filed it up with 5,5 qt cold water. • Bring stock to a boil, remove impurities and cook for 90 minutes or until the meat is tender. • Remove meat and cool. Cut into bite size pieces. • For the soup: • 4 medium tomatoes(blended into puree) • 4 medium potatoes (sliced) • 2 medium carrots(sliced) • 3 stalks celery(sliced) • 2 medium onions(finely diced) • 1 large bell pepper(sliced) • 2 tbsp flour • salt and pepper to taste • 1 cup fresh herbs(chopped) • For dressing: • 2 egg yolks • 250g(1cup) sour cream • Prepare soup as directed in the video. • Thank you for watching! • Please like and subscribe! • I will see you soon! • Nastassja:) • #NastassjaCanCook #soups
