You've most likely made or at least eaten a Tiramisu before, but was it the CLASSIC Italian recipe? This recipe for Tiramisu has the lightest yet richest Mascarpone filling using just cheese, eggs and sugar. Sally also has a neat tip for soaking the sponge fingers in sweet Vermouth! Yes we know, it sounds kinda strange but its a real win! Tiramisu is a brilliant dessert for many reasons; it's so light so even if you are full there is always room for it, also its SO EASY to make and is best made at least 24 hours in advance! • If you want to see Sam's Sprinkle Ice Cream Cake then make sure to give Sally's comment a thumbs up down below and she will get cracking on that recipe! • As always remember to tag us in your photos on Instagram using #cupcakejemma because we LOVE to see what you guys are getting up to! • ----------- • For the 35 x 23cm dish in the video • 5 Medium Eggs • 90g Caster Sugar (for the yolks) • 30g Caster Sugar (for the whites) • 500g Mascarpone Cheese • 600ml Cold Strong Coffee • 3 tbsp Booze!
