No act of love, however small, is ever wasted • These are such good cookies and so easy. I like mine crispier so I baked them 22 minutes.....excellent! The recipe is below.... • • 1 cup softened butter • 2 cups granulated sugar • 2 tsp. baking powder • Combine these three until light and creamy then add: • 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract plus 1/4 tsp salt and mix well • then add: • 2-1/2 cups all purpose flour • 1 cup chopped nuts • Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoons full on an ungreased baking sheet in a preheated 300F degree oven. Bake 20 minutes or a little longer if you like a crispier cookie all the way through.
