After listening to a lot of Whitesnake the last couple of days, I decided to take a shot at Still of the night again and really focus on the solo and getting all the riffs right. By searching Youtube Ben Ellers video came up, he show all the parts really good and explains everything beautifully. • Make sure to watch his video here: • Ben Ellers Video: •    • Everything You Need to Know About Sti...   • In his video he mentioned another video with the isolated guitar tracks, that you can find here: • Still of the night - Isolated Guitar Tracks: •    • Video   • The isolated tracks are the only way to really judge, what John Sykes was playing (or better intended to play) in the fast run of the solo because in the original recording the solo is kind of hurried in the mix and drowned bit too much in delay and reverb, but it was the 80s, so it was ok;) • I know, that my version of this run differs a lot in comparison to every other resource I found on YouTube (which all seem kind of related to some kind of ultimate guitar transcriptions, as they almost all are identical). But I'll explain in the video, why I did this, why I chose the fingering, why I corrected some notes here and there and why I didn't bother to try to copy the original rhythm (or rhythmical flow) of the line. But see and hear for yourself. • If you like, what I did here, please leave a like and a comment here and don't forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell. • Also download the TABs here: • https://www.dropbox.com/s/fs0zw3y3hhb... • And if you want to support me and my channel, you can donate if you want to: • www.paypal.me/nicoschliemann
