Aside from the simplicity and availability of ingredients, this lasagna is so flavorful! 😍 • Hope you enjoy! ❤️ • You'll need • 12 lasagna sheets • For the filling; • 400 g minced meat • 3 tablespoons oil • 2 onions • 2 tomatoes • 2 tablespoons tomato paste • 2 cloves of garlic • 1 teaspoon salt • 1.5 cups hot water (300 ml) • For the bechamel sauce; • 2 tablespoons butter • 3 cups milk (600 ml) • 1/2 cup flour • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • For the top; • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated • 1 cup = 200 ml • Did you try this recipe?
