Europe has the Terrorist Content Online regulation, violated by Gatis Lagzdins, AKA Goatis, multiple times. It has already resulted in the harm of one person and he is continuing to use the same scam on the same websites to, most likely, harm the same person and the child he wants to harm. He is wanted for organizing the attempted murder of two people and evading law enforcement. I cite several more avenues for stopping him from continuing to do so. Make no mistake that the death threat against Cathy's family and the exchange of funds from a scam to harm someone you've verbally threatened will fit the bill for terrorism, death threats are not protected speech in our country or in Europe. Article 12 of the Authority for the Prevention of Online Terrorist Content and Child Sexual Abuse Material will find those vids re Goatis and his other channel Sv3rige's views on what is appropriate with children interesting to say the least. All it takes is one interested party to shut.it. down.
