Reportedly, Terra Motors had revealed an electric auto rickshaw for India dubbed as R6. • On the cosmetic note, there is nothing significant to talk about. But on inside, it has a seating capacity for six passengers plus a driver, where unlike to our conventional rickshaws carries only 3 passengers at a time. • Power to it comes from a 48V battery which at a single charge clocks 100kms and reaches a maximum speed of 30km/h. • However, at a number of comparisons on paper, the R6 is beaten down by our outgoing rickshaws.
