Today I would like to share the best recipe for soft, fluffy and creamy white bread using Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker. • I generated this recipe after couple experiments, and mainly referred to Xiaogaojie's milk loaf recipe. Let me know how it works for you! • #CuisinartBreadMaker #CuisinartBreadMaker #HomemadeBread #MilkLoaf #Xiaogaojie • Ingredients for 2-lb original flavor loaf: • Milk (room temperature): 120g • Heavy Cream (room temperature): 50g • Hot Boiling Water: 40g • Eggs (room temperature): 2 count • Unsalted Butter (melted): 28g / 2 tsp • All Purpose Flour: 350g • Yeast: 4g • Sugar: 12g • Salt: 1g • • Tip 1: pour 40g of boiling water in the flour and mix them, the purpose is to help flour to absorb more water, so the dough can be softer • Tip 2: add the yeast to the room temperature milk cream mixture, and stir well until the yeast is mixed well with the milk. This step is to make sure the yeast can be evenly distributed later. • Tip 3: By the end of the first rest period, the display panel shows Rise 1, it's around half hour after start, I poured the melted butter in. Adding butter later could help create strength in the dough during the first knead and rise period, which makes the bread fluffy.
