However, there's a big difference in how warm they feel. While the warmth they create can feel nice and cozy in the winter, it can be less comfortable in the summer if you're a naturally hot sleeper like me. • So, I decided to test a few different weighted blankets to see which ones are the most breathable. • In the video, I spent 30 minutes under each weighted blanket, with a cooling off period in between for the bed. • I used a thermometer to see how much the temperature in the space between my body and the blanket got up to. I also tested the heat buildup under a bedsheet and a duvet to compare them. The Bearaby came out as the most breathable, which didn't surprise me considering the fact that it is literally covered in air holes because of the weave design.
