Easy Chicken Biryani Process for Beginners in Instant Pot

Quick Chicken Biryani in Instant Pot | Bachelor's Chicken Biryani • Recipe : • Step - 1 • Rice - 2 cups ( 140 ml ) • Add enough Water to rice and keep aside • Step - 2 • Marinate Chicken • Chicken - 2 lbs • Yogurt - 1/2 cup • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoons • Biryani Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon • Mint leaves ( Handful ) • Coriander leaves ( Handful ) • Salt • Mix Everything well with chicken and keep aside • Procedure : • 1. On Saute • 2. Add Oil - 2 Tablespoons , Ghee - 2 Tablespoons, • 3. Add Onions - ( 2 medium size ) Cut into slices • 4. Saute Onions till they are dark brown • 5. When Onions are caramelized, add marinated chicken and mix well • 6. Cancel Saute • 7. Set Time - 2 minutes • Pressure - HIGH • Release - Quick Release • When Pressure is released, then open the lid and • 8. Add Water ( 3 cups ) ( for 1 cup rice , add 1 1/2 cups water ) • 9. Add Rice ( drain the water and add rice ) • 10. Check Salt and adjust salt • 11. Add green chillies ( for extra spice ) ( slit ) ( optional ) • 12. Close the lid and seal • 13.
