This a quick concept skin i did over the weekend; the idea and images are from a rain meter skin called Neon Space by 99villages, which can be found at deviant art: http://99villages.deviantart.com/art/.... • I did ask the author for permission to use his design and images; I had to alter and create a couple of new ones but alas, I'm no designer. • Anyway, this is just a concept and I doubt it will become a full blown skin.
