In this recipe we make Amarula, using the Marula Brandy we made using the Marula fruit. • We started with a standard Cream Liqueur recipe but that turned out to bitter and the Cocoa powder over powered the Marula flavor. • The first recipe was: • 150ml Evaporated Milk • 150ml Condensed Milk • 100ml Strong cold-brewed coffee • 1 Teaspoon of Cocoa Powder • 7.5ml Vanilla Extract • 300ml Marula Mampoer @ 50% • The Recipe that got the closest to the taste of Amarula is this one: • 350ml Condensed Milk' • 100ml Evaporated Milk • 100ml Strong Cold Brewed Coffee • 5ml Vanilla Extract • 450ml Marula Mampoer @ 50% • • This Homemade Amarula recipe came really close to the Amarula Flavor • #homemade #amarula #marulamampoer
