When things happen outside of our control, it’s really easy for us to get dis regulated. It’s easy for us to feel like the foundations we are standing on are crumbling. The best way to overcome this, is by doing things that make our bodies feel “regular” again. In this video, I show you some of the ways that I help to regulate my body. I am someone with ADHD who also works a food addiction recovery program. I cannot afford to let myself numb out during stressful situations.
