DIY Champagne Glitter Bottle New Years Eve Decoration

In this video I show you a quick and easy way to decorate for New Year's Eve using an empty wine or champagne bottle. If you are having problems removing the label rubbing alcohol with a cotton pad works well. I didn't have any so I just used soapy water and a scrubbing brush. • Next use tape (masking tape is best) to create a striped pattern on the bottle. Just skip this step if you would like the whole bottle covered in glitter. • Apply the glue to the areas that you want covered in glitter.
