I don't even think I've had my usual amount of coffee. And I slept like shit last night because my daughter kept kicking me in her sleep. • 17 minutes. And it was a relatively joyful experience. • I also talked through the whole thing, which I think added a few minutes, but there's no need to get ticky-tacky with the time.
