Best viewed at 1080p on fast connections. It's more intended for students towards the end of their undergraduate / beginning of postgraduate studies, as a favour to my research supervisor for some of his other students. • I haven't taken any time to edit this one so I must apologise for poor sound and persistent hard-drive error messages. My computer has been giving me trouble. There are also fairly boring parts, long pauses, or places where I've had to blow my nose. Sorry about that. I just recorded it in one take and uploaded in order to get the info to the guys who needed it as soon as possible. • I hope that it can be helpful for others as well.
