A cozy treat for the swifties! Fall vibes are in full swing and these cookies are the perfect blend of sweet and spice🍂🍪 I will definitely be making these annually! • Ingredients: • Dough: • ½ cup butter, room temperature • ½ cup vegetable oil • ½ cup sugar, • ⅓ cup powdered sugar • 1 egg • 2 tsp vanilla • 2 cups flour • ½ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp salt • 1 chai tea bag • 2 Tbsp sugar for topping • Icing: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 4 tsp milk • A dash of nutmeg and cinnamon • Instructions: • Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and chai tea leaves. Set aside. • Beat butter with electric mixer until fluffy. Add vegetable oil and beat for another 30 seconds. • Add sugar, powdered sugar, egg and vanilla and mix until combined. • Add flour mixture and mix until fully blended. • Chill dough for about 1 hour. • Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. • Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Press evenly and cover with sugar. • Bake for about 9 minutes, until slightly golden. Don’t overbake! Allow cookies to cool on sheet. • Mix together frosting ingredients and drizzle on cookies. • #chai #sugarcookies #taylorswift #swifties
