This is the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunks. These are four foot long. This Dutton -ainson Roller Bunks will provide a quick, easy and inexpensive way to upgrade the bunk-style trailers to roller bunks. This will replace the conventional carpeted bunks in minutes. It will help you load or launch your boat with ease even when the water levels are too low to float on or off. • • Theres no need to back into the water until the entire trailer is submerged. Just back to the waters edge and you can roll the boat on or off with the roller bunks. They feature a special non-marking two-compound design rollers, have a durable wear resistant on the inner surface and then a soft-boat cushioning outer surface. These bunks are made of a 12-gauge pre-galvanized steel construction. They can be mounted to any vertical or horizontal position bunk board. • • Heres the bottom of it, they do have pre-drilled elongated holes. What you can do is put this on to your current bunk board, drill a hole and attach it down to the bunk board. Now, if you do want to use it, if youre trailer does not have any of the wooden bunks or youd want to use it without the wooden bunks, you can attach them by using this roller bunk bracket that is sold separately. It is part number DL 21742. Basically, what that will allow you to do, has a hole right here that when you go to mount this, since you wouldnt have a wooden bunk to mount it to, you can use the hole on top here. • • Mount it to the bottom. And then this would attach to your trailer itself. It has two long elongated holes which youd be able to bolt to your trailer whichever height you need and you do need two of these for each roller bunk. Now again, this one comes with three rollers on each set and there are five sets of three rollers on each four foot length. So youll be getting a this part includes two bunks so youll be getting a total of 10 sets of three rollers and just a couple quick measurements. • • I want to show you the lets go back to the overall length. Its going to be four foot long and its going to be two inches wide. And again on the rollers, they are a two-inch wide roller. The total length, in other words, of the rollers will be four and three quarter inches. Now, these roller bunks both of them do have a maximum weight capacity of 2500 pounds.
