PreBox Unboxing of the HP Envy dv7 i73630QM Quad Core Laptop

This is a pre-box opening as the HP Envy dv7 that I purchased was the last one in stock at the store. I'm going to pick up an unopened box from a different store location in a few days. • The reason is that the special for the laptop ends today and I wouldn't be able to get the deal otherwise. In the meantime, I can play around with the laptop and get to working on understanding the Windows 8 OS... • I brought the 17 inch HP Envy dv7 with 12gigs of ddr3 ram, 3 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0, 1 HDMI, 1 VGA Out, 1 SD card reader, and a terabyte harddrive. It's using Intel's graphics board but it should still do great for what I'm going to be doing. • The video was captured using YouTube's new Capture app for the iPhone. I edited this in Avid Studio for quick editing. • I played a media file from my media server and I was surpised to see it handle the video codec and play the video correctly on the first go. I was expecting it to tell me to download the codec. • I think Windows 8 is great for those with a touch screen but I still prefer using the Windows 7 OS better. I setup my wifi and server access to check out the video in the desktop app mode.
