Whether it's Jay being affected by some case, Hailey going dark, the relationship between the two of them, Kim and Adam's rough time, Kevin and the dangers of speaking out, or Vanessa who came in and had to adapt, all of them were watched by the one and only Hank Voight, from a distance or not.
