How to run steam games without running steam

In today's video, I show you how to run steam games without actually running the steam client. This is useful because for example, if your friend wanted to play a game but you wanted to play another game (two separate games on steam) but you both can't double login into steam, So if you run the game manually, it won't require steam to run. • Take notice that I'm not sure if this works on every game.
