I just bought a Gourmia air fryer and I can’t stop using it. This time, I tried making crispy French fries from scratch, and compared it with Burger King fries. Cut them up. Soak in water for half hour to remove starchiness. Pat dry well. Season with EVOO, garlic salt, garlic powder, and light pepper. Mix well.
