Rocco Francis Marchegiano known famously as Rocky Marciano stood only at 5’10” had a reach of only 69 inches, and weighed no more than 190lbs pounds with all these factors against him one would be amazed to learn that he his the only heavyweight champion that has never been defeated. He holds wins over Jersey Joe Walcott, Joe Louis, Ezzard Charles, and knockout king Archie Moore during his championship run in fact Charles was the only man to go the distance with Marciano during his rain. Actually only 6 men lasted the full distance with Rocky during his whole 49 fight career, Marciano accomplished this by using his unique swarming and relentless pressure style. He bashed his opponents anywhere he could hit them, breaking their body over the course of fight until they where so hurt they couldn’t even defend themselves. Sadly Rocky would loose his life during a plane crash at the age 46. The Brockton Blockbuster will be remembered for his seemingly limitless stamina and insane strength.
