Every summer, Gouda’s old town square goes retro. Monster hunks of cheese, wooden shoes and old-timey traders haggling over the price by slapping hands. It starts with cheese but you’ll also find your week supply of tulip bulbs, fresh fruit vegetables, fashionable sweaters.
