Shama Sikander talks about her experience with PC Jewellers on the inauguration of its new outlet. • Shama Sikander Gesawat (born 4 August 1981) is an Indian actress who is best remembered for her lead role in the celebrated TV series Yeh Meri Life Hai (2003-2005). She has acted in numerous television serials and is also known as a TV program host and a reality show contestant. On the big screen, she has appeared in a few Bollywood movies, including the Aamir Khan starrer Mann in 1999. • Sikander is also active as a fashion model, and she launched her own design company, Saisha, in 2010. • Shama Sikander Gesawat was born in Makrana, Rajasthan, India, and is the daughter of Gulshan, a housewife and Sikander Gesawat who was a marble supplier and now practices ayurveda. At the age of 10 her family moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra, where she lived together with her younger siblings, Khalid, Rizwan, and Salma (born 1991).
