With over 90 nationalities on campus, AUS truly is a multicultural environment. IXO aims to provide AUS students and faculty with many exchange opportunities such as the following: sending and hosting visiting scholars, aiding and arranging international study tours, developing exchange agreements with partnered universities worldwide and achieving membership in the top global exchange consortia. The IXO program is also focused on expanding and developing international internship programs for student internship opportunities and application assistance. The AUS IXO program connects with more than 40 countries through its partnered membership with the International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP), the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), Academic Programs International (API) and Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA-Butler). • Natale Antonel is an incoming exchange student from Cordoba Argentina. Antonel studies, international relations at Universidad Catholica de Cordoba and he chose to do his study abroad program at AUS. • For Antonel, he personally really enjoyed his experience at AUS. Antonel felt that he grew personally during his stay here, because of the cultural diversity that AUS provided. The study abroad experience allowed him to interact with people of different backgrounds, different nationalities, different stories and different religion.
