Maylands, dubbed Perth’s trendiest suburb by Lonely Planet in 2018, is a beautiful riverside suburb of Perth, Western Australia that sits approx 4.5km from Perth city. • The Swan River, with its’ abundant bird and wildlife population, winds through Maylands lapping at parklands, the Maylands Bowling Club Maylands Peninsula Golf Course, the Maylands Tennis Club, the Maylands Yacht Club Rowing Club and the Waterland playground. • An enjoyable High-Tea is available at the Peninsula Tea Gardens a visit to the historic Tranby House at Peninsula Farm is a must. Or, as many residents and visitors do, walk or bike along the paths leading around Maylands Foreshore and De Lacy Reserve that link to the rest of Perth. • The vibrant Eight Ave precinct is a growing retail hub set amongst unique cafes, trendy small bars, gourmet delicatessens butchers, restaurants offering international cuisine chic clothing outlets .
