So your power washer or lawnmower won’t start??? You want to know if this is a fuel delivery problem or something else. It’s REALLY easy to determine if it’s a fuel delivery problem. • SUPPORT MY CHANNEL FOR FREE - visit amazon through this link (or ANY link on my channel) • ** WD-40: https://amzn.to/2wR7Nu5 ** • and I'll get a small percent of whatever you buy from them. Costs you nothing. Thanks guys! • (As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.) • If you spray some starter fluid in your carburetor and it starts and stops right away, you know you’ve got a fuel delivery problem. Starter fluid is not the best thing for a small engine. It’s pretty aggressive and could possibly explode more aggressively than normal gasoline. I have found that if you spray some WD-40 in the carburetor this will let you know if you have a fuel delivery problem without even using starting fluid. Also if you are mowing at someone else’s house, the chances of them having starting fluid is slim. But just about everyone has WD-40. WD-40 can also help clean up some of the carburetor parts and get the machine back in service.
