That is the question. I get DM's over on my Instagram on a near daily basis from people asking if a given person is natty or not, and so today I wanted to address this. More specifically I wanted to talk about why I don't make natural vs. enhanced videos on my channel. To be clear, I think being a fake natty is a really lame and misleading thing to do. However, the reason I don't make natty vs. enhanced videos is because, first of all, when it comes to those borderline cases (the type of natty vs. juice video people are most interested in), I honestly just don't know the answer. And regardless of how knowledgeable anyone else is, the truth is that they can't make a definitive natty or not judgment either. The fact is that genetic outliers do exist, and so there's always the possibility of someone simply being a genetic freak in the extreme upper percentile as opposed to a fake natty. Further, the way someone looks in online photos/videos can differ a lot from how they look in real life. This makes the whole natty vs. not natty question even harder to judge. Leanness combined with pumps, lighting, angles, filters etc. can make a massive difference in someone's appearance and cause them to appear like a full fledged fake natural even if they aren't. Because of this, I wouldn't want to risk accidentally calling out a legit natural lifter for being an enhanced lifter since that is a very serious accusation to make. Natty or not videos are not merely compliments toward the people in question; they can have legitimate repercussions in terms of discrediting that person in front of a large audience.
