Delicious and scrumptious jalebis made with paneer and drowned in sinful sugar syrup. • PANEER JALEBI • Ingredients • Paneer, crumbled • Sugar • A pinch of saffron • Cornstarch • Refined flour • Baking soda • Salt to taste • Oil to deep fry • Pistachio slivers for garnish • Method • 1. Take sugar in a non-stick pan add water and saffron and mix. Boil for minutes to make sugar syrup. • 2. Take cornstarch in a large bowl. Add refined flour, baking soda, salt and sufficient water and mix to make a smooth batter. • 3. Add paneer and mix well. • 4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe spirals into hot oil. Cook on both sides till golden brown. • 5. Transfer the fired jalebis into the sugar syrup and let it soak for a few minutes. • 6.
