I like this recipe because it is easy, simple, and perfectly stimulates the mushroom's own unique flavor. • What you'll need: dehydrated chanterelle, a few (5-6) Jalapeño or other types of green peppers, one green onion. • Recipes: • 1. Add 1 to 2 table spoon of olive oil. Stir and sauté the mushroom for a while (1-2 mins). • 2. Add chopped green onion. • 3. Add sliced jalapeño. Stir fry for another few minutes. • 4. Add salt to taste until everything is cooked.
