Over a decade ago, we partnered up with Warren Ellis (The Dirty Three, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Grinderman) to bring a custom signature instrument to life. We didn't know it then, but what we thought would last only as a limited production run quickly caught on like wildfire, leading to the birth of a new category of core instruments in our lineup: the Electric Tenor Guitar. • Since then, we've released a plethora of modern takes on the instrument ranging from Resonators to National Map tributes. But in our quest to offer more tenor guitar models to the masses (and after some welcomed conversations with Tenor Guitar Foundation TGF), we realized it was high time to pay tribute to the instrument's humble beginnings, and make something that captures the essence of some of the earliest electric tenors in existence. • Introducing the Eastwood TG-150: a fusion of vintage stylings from the 40s and 50s (we dare you to find one anywhere near this price-point!), with modern components and quality. • It's been more than ten years since we've offered a fully hollow archtop in our line, so this Tenor with a 3 deep box (at the rims) is a welcome addition. • Its large florentine cutaway will allow easy access to all 22 of its medium jumbo frets, and a single Custom P90 with individual volume and tone control brings things back to the basics. No distractions here - just you, the guitar, and pure resonant bliss. • https://eastwoodguitars.com/products/...
