In this video recipe, my trini mother-in-law and I made Mother in law . The recipe is combination of hot peppers with fresh veggies. It serves as topping for dishes to add a kick them. We used it as a hot sauce alternative. By itself it taste great but you really want to use this as a supplement for foods such as salads or with rice recipes. It was fun to make and simple since it didn't take much preparation.
