AirTanker and Airbus have jointly invested in upgrading the Satellite Communications system on a Voyager A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport, enabling the aircraft to act as an airborne communications node concurrent with Air-to-Air Refuelling operations. • The joint investment was made to support the Royal Air Force Rapid Capability Office’s Babelfish 7 demonstration of Multi Domain Integration. • The Voyager (A330MRTT) modification is fully certified so that it can remain on the aircraft and is available for operational use. • #Airbus #A330MRTT #Aerospace
