Chinese Buffet Cheesy Crab Casserole

I doubled this recipe in the video... • 16 oz imitation crab meat • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1.5 TBSP lemon juice plus zest (We thought it was very lemony... I now leave it out) • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided • 1 cup celery thinly sliced • 1/2 cup green onions thinly sliced • 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temp • 2 TBSP mayo • 1.5 TBSP Worcestershire sauce • Bake in a 325* oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned • Please consider clicking on the links for your shopping on Amazon. • It doesn't cost you anything, but gives me a few pennies to help • support my channel.
