Rob Papen Predator 3 Playing the New Presets

Predator 3 is out and here I am playing the new P3 presets in the 003 Synth 01 Bank. I am not getting paid for this so I can give you an honest review (please subscribe!) - the presets sound very....Predator-ish. Not mind-blowing, not modern and in your face, but just what you'd expect from Predator. Whether that's good or bad, that is up to you. I always find it useful for softer, background synth things. Things like little bells or wispy synths, pads, and digital plucks. Predator is definitely not a monster, but it does have some bite. But I think it excels at being more gentle than ferocious. My immediate conclusion is that Predator 3 sounds very much like Predator 1 and Predator 2. So don't expect Predator 3 to sound like Serum or Massive or Vital - it just sounds like Predator. And I guess that's ok. • How's that for a lukewarm review? • I'd like to point out again that these are the NEW presets included in Predator 3. I manually picked them out from all the old presets, so what you're hearing here is brand new, made from scratch, Predator 3 presets.
