The guitar models that Yamaha have outfitted with Transacoustic capability include the Yamaha L16 and Yamaha LS16. Both feature Engelmann Spruce Tops and Rosewood back and sides. • Transacoustic technology places an Actuator within the guitar. The Actuator then takes the signal from the guitar pickup which causes the Actuator to vibrate against the back of the guitar. This results in a speaker like effect which can be controlled and manipulated via Chorus and Reverb controls on board the guitar. Their is also a volume control on board the guitar which controls the level of your guitar when used with an amplifier.
