We continue our month of Halloween horror roleplaying with the massive and comprehensive update of Malleus Monstrorum, a two-part supplement full of monsters and deities of the Mythos for Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition. • This book updates the original Malleus Monstrorum from 2006, and significantly expands the information provided for each entry, including great new flavour elements such as the 'auras' emitted by each Mythos deity that affect and distort players' perceptions and emotions. While there have been some complaints that not all monsters get illustrations, the visuals that are here are fantastic, and the hardcovers themselves are beautifully presented and bound, as we've come to expect from 7th Edition. • All in all, it's an essential tool for any CoC 7th Edition GM.
