Roasted Green Chili recipe • 1 cup water • Garlic powder • 1 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Cumin • FILLING • Olive oil • 2 chicken breasts • ¾ cup Sour Cream • ½ tsp Salt • 1 tsp Garlic powder • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper • Cayenne Pepper, home grown ground, ... • 4 Green onion • 8 oz Monterey jack cheese, shredded divided • 8 flour tortillas • Flour Tortilla recipe 16 small or 8 l... • INSTRUCTIONS • SAUCE • 1. Combine the green chilis and ½ cup water in a food processor and puree. • 2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pot, then add the garlic, walt and cumin and whisk. • 3. Add in the green chili puree and ½ cup water. • 4. Bring to a simmer then turn down to low for 5 minutes. • FILLING • 1. Heat a little oil in a large skillet. • 2. Filet your chicken breasts in half, then cook them until no longer pink. • 3. While the chicken is cooking, combine the sour cream, salt, garlic, cayenne pepper, ½ of the cheese, and two diced up green onions. • 4. Shred apart the chicken with forks, dicing it up works as well. • ASSEMBLE and BAKE • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. • 2. Spread a little of the sour cream mixture onto the middle of each tortilla. • 3. Add some chicken. • 3. Roll each one up and lay them side by side in a prepared baking dish. • 4. Top with the sauce. • 5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese then green onion on top. • 6.
