I'm LIVE Ep.50 ADOY • Musician Introduction I'm LIVE Epsode • Joining us on this week's I'm LIVE is the synth-pop band ADOY! This band burst onto the Korean music scene in 2017 with the EP, CATNIP, but this rookie band is actually made of some well known members of Korean music: Zee of From The Airport, Oh Ju-hwan from Eastern Sidekick, Jung Da-young from Trampauline, and Park Geun-chang from Small O. Together, they are combining their talents to create what they describe as commercial indie. Thanks to the surprising amount of diversity in their music and subject matter, not to mention outstanding musicality, the band has already been nominated for Best Modern Rock Album of the Year at the 2018 Korean Music Awards. • On this episode, the quartet performs Grace, Don't Stop, I Just Can't Forget Her, San Francisco and Laika from their debut release, CATNIP, which is an homage to the band's name that is the name of Oh Ju-hwan's cat YODA spelled backwards.
