CLARKSDALE SUNFLOWER RIVER BLUES amp GOSPEL FESTIVAL

Last summer, we traveled to Clarksdale Mississippi to visit the Sunflower River Blues Gospel Festival. We stayed in the wonderful Shack Up Inn, visited the Rock Blues museum and enjoyed the great performances by artists such as Joshua “Razorblade” Steward, Sweet Angel, Lala Craig, Big George Brock and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram. We had the best time and will definitely visit Clarksdale again! • Visiting Clarksdale was part of our road trip across the Deep South, following the Blues Highway.
