Skip to 3:38 for the quick un-explained version. • KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A TEMPORARY FIX (It may actually permanently fix it for you but your mileage may vary) • You may and probably will have to do this over and over everytime you restart there is a Semi permanent solution but its basically and application file that does this now, this is just more manual and less effort actually. • If this still doesn't work then I have no idea.
