The Mexican pizza has been on the menu at Taco Bell for at least 30 years and has a bit of cult following. It consists of a flour tortilla shell filled with refried beef seasoned ground beef . Another tortilla shell is placed on top and finished off with Mexican sauce, cheese, chopped tomatoes,green onion olivies. Sad to hear taco bell is discontinuing this item,but don't fret!
